This embodiment workshop is a gentle invitation to slow down and return to yourself.
Rooted in self-care and self-love, we explore what it truly means to embrace the feminine. It will teach the capacity to feel, to receive, to soften, and to honour our inner rhythms.
Through embodied practices, mindful movement, and conscious presence, you’ll be guided out of doing and into being, reconnecting with the wisdom and compassion held within your body.

This natural intimate dyeing workshop is an invitation to care for both your body and the Earth.
We explore eco-conscious ways of reusing and naturally dyeing intimate garments, while deepening our connection to nature and cyclical living.
Through mindful practice and plant-based processes, this workshop becomes a ritual of sustainability, self-respect, and conscious care. Where nothing is wasted and everything is honoured. -
This Bhakti immersion workshop is an invitation to reconnect with divine love within yourself and in the world around you.
Through ancient philosophy, mantra, and śaraṇam (the practice of surrender), we explore devotion not as belief, but as lived experience.
A space to soften the heart, deepen faith, and remember love as a guiding force in everyday life. -
This sensual dance workshop is an exploration of the water element and the flowing power of Shakti within.
Through conscious movement, breath, and embodied expression, we invite softness, fluidity, and emotional freedom into the body.
A space to move intuitively, release stagnation, and reconnect with your natural rhythm, creativity, and inner vitality -
These meditation classes are rooted in Buddhist practice, exploring foundational teachings such as karma, emptiness (śūnyatā), and mettā (loving-kindness). Through seated meditation and guided reflection, we cultivate awareness of cause and effect, soften identification with the self, and develop a compassionate relationship with experience as it arises.
Alongside this, the classes also include Yoga Nidra and Japa as complementary practices. Yoga Nidra supports deep rest and nervous system regulation, while Japa offers a steady, heart-centred form of concentration through mantra repetition, supporting integration and balance in personal practice.

These kirtan gatherings are an invitation to reconnect with the living presence of the divine through mantra, music, and shared devotion.
Through call-and-response chanting, rhythm, and silence, we move beyond the thinking mind and into the heart, allowing sound to become a bridge between the inner and outer worlds.Kirtan is not about singing beautifully or performing, it is about participation, presence, and sincerity.
As voices rise together, a collective field of devotion is created, offering space for emotional release, joy, remembrance, and deep connection to something greater than the individual self. -
This creative expression workshop is designed to support self confidence, self love, and authentic visibility.
Using gifted pieces from a special brand, participants are gently guided to feel comfortable in their bodies and confident in front of the camera, shifting the focus from performance to presence.Through guided expression and connection, the workshop supports you in showing up as your true self whether in your teaching, on social platforms, or in everyday life. This is a space to soften self judgement, trust your voice, and express yourself with ease and clarity.
